Apollo Technology is a technology provider and messaging platform. Apollo Technology enables its clients to send SMS notifications and related communications to users who have opted in through client websites, booking forms, customer portals, support channels, or other client-controlled consent flows.
Apollo Technology is not the end business or service provider in most message flows. In many cases, Apollo Technology processes information on behalf of its clients so those clients can communicate with their own customers or users.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how Apollo Technology services are used, we may collect or process:
- Contact information, such as name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- SMS opt-in status, consent source, consent timestamp, and opt-out status.
- Message content, delivery status, carrier responses, and support interactions.
- Account, booking, appointment, verification, or customer support details supplied by clients.
- Technical data, such as IP address, device/browser data, logs, and usage events.
- Compliance records needed to document consent, delivery, and opt-out handling.
3. How Information Is Used
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure Apollo Technology services.
- Send SMS notifications and related messages on behalf of Apollo Technology clients.
- Process account notifications, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, verification requests, and customer support updates.
- Manage opt-in, opt-out, HELP, STOP, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE requests.
- Monitor delivery performance, prevent abuse, and comply with carrier and A2P 10DLC requirements.
- Respond to support, legal, security, and compliance requests.
4. SMS and Mobile Data Handling
Apollo Technology uses mobile numbers and SMS consent records only to provide messaging services, maintain compliance records, support users, and prevent misuse of the platform.
5. No Sale or Marketing Sharing of SMS Consent
Apollo Technology does not sell, share, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Service Provider Disclosures
Apollo Technology may share information with service providers that are necessary to operate and deliver the messaging services. These may include SMS carriers, SMS aggregators, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, security vendors, analytics or logging providers, and compliance vendors.
These service providers are permitted to use information only as needed to provide services to Apollo Technology or its clients, support message delivery, maintain security, or satisfy legal and compliance obligations.
7. Client-Controlled Data
Clients are responsible for the opt-in flows, user relationships, message content, and lawful basis for communications they send using Apollo Technology tools. If you have questions about a specific message, service, appointment, booking, account, or business relationship, you may need to contact the client that initiated the communication.
8. Data Retention
Apollo Technology retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, carrier, and A2P 10DLC obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on client instructions, message type, account status, and applicable requirements.
9. User Choices and Opt-Out
Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a message. After an opt-out request is processed, the user may receive a final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent through that messaging program unless the user opts in again.

10. Security
Apollo Technology uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Apollo Technology cannot guarantee absolute security.

Apollo Technology may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
